UNDERSTANDING ASTROLOGICAL CONNECTION WITH, VEDIC COSMOLOGY
Cosmology is defined as the study of the origin, purpose, structure and functioning of the universe. Vedic cosmology gives a vast amount of information about not only the structure of the phenomenal universe as we see it, but also a clear idea of the source of the manifested universe, its purpose, and the subtle laws that govern its operation.
The fundamental concept that pervades Vedic cosmology is the relation and dependence that everything has upon the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna; the source of creation, maintenance and dissolution of the manifested worlds. Although Sri Krishna is the ultimate cause of all other causes, His existence is beyond the material energy and He Himself takes no direct part in these activities, but indirectly controls the universe through his delegated expansions and empowered agents in the form of various incarnations and demigods.
Pervading the entire science of Vedic cosmology is the understanding that the universe is created and maintained by personal activity. This means that behind all apparently mechanistic laws and events there is one or more persons who enact and administer the laws, and control all universal events.
Accepting a Supreme controller is central to entering into an understanding of Vedic cosmology. As such, proper comprehension of the subject requires that one first accept that as human beings we have very limited sensual faculties with which to examine the universe, meaning that we can never gain a complete picture of the universe by our own sensual and intellectual faculties alone.
From the Vedas and especially the Vedic cosmology, we can receive information from beyond our sensory plane or awareness, that describes the hierarchy of beings within the universe, leading ultimately to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna. Most importantly, we get information of how we can successfully interact with the universe to live a peaceful and progressive life in this world, while gradually elevating our consciousness to the spiritual plane.
As Krsna states in the Bhagavad-gita,
"A person in full consciousness of Me, knowing Me to be the ultimate beneficiary of all sacrifices and austerities, the Supreme Lord of all planets and demigods, and the benefactor and well-wisher of all living entities, attains peace from the pangs of material miseries."
Thus, human society can take the greatest benefit from appreciating and understanding this instruction and molding their life around it. As such, Vedic cosmology is not merely an attempt to understand the world around us, rather it is the process by which we understand both the world, our place within it, and the relationship between ourselves, this world and the Supreme source of all, from Whom all other energies are emanating.

Well, Astrology has to be understood in the light of spiritual science where by the planets and constellations and stars are, as if, delegated by the supreame creator Lord Shree Krishna to conduct eternal operations of whole universe. The system is never evaded by even the divine incarnations also. All our Avatars took birth with a particular Lagna (ascendant) and Rashi (moon sign) and acted through out their life without deviating the rule of cosmology, thereby teaching us pious lessons by their hardships, misery and, still showing tolerance to withold power of love and justice.

Not having any bad intensions just to clarify from you.. a general thought hope you will take it in a positive way..
If suppose with the advent of technolgy as of now we can travel to the moon. and by chance if one child takes birth on the surface of the moon .. what will be the astrological predictions of that child considering the planets and stars, one addition will be the earth will appear as a planet for that child.. I hope so far astrological predictiions is based on planet postions based on earth based birth time of human.
Also in the near future if it is identified that some other planets also rotating our sun in that case can we say that our predictions wil be correct (as oposed to nine planets based asrological predictions)

The Vedic astrology also faced same kind treatment; a lot of verses, materials are believed to be lost in time of arbic/muslim invasion. After that, so many deviations took place and in maximum cases evil ppl used it to earn money or, for some other kind of selfish interests. That is why; it is still looked under suspicion.
You have to first take the theories of astrology while focusing at a hypothetic or, imaginary matter. Like astrology, the stepping on moon by human being has also been doubted isn’t it? Nowadays, the land of moon is also sold and purchased by some ppl. Taking all those with humility I will still answer your quiry.
If I am given the task to do horoscope of such baby, I will take NASA’s help and ascertain the co-ordinates of the place of birth of that child along with moon’s time. A time chart of definite lagna has to be prepared. The earth will be considered as an evil planet and the child will not have any rashi, only lagna it will have. The person born on moon has to serve the purpose of mother earth through out his life. Suppose, the baby comes back to earth soon after birth, the moment the spacecraft enters earth’s sky, the perpendicular co-ordinates will be fixed to do the horoscope. For further, take this:
The further exploration of mankind from the level of your quiry will write different chapter in the history of mankind or, (you may name it moonkind).
I would have asked you in the same style, how a mother will travel to moon while pregnant? How the baby would be supplied oxygen? Who will determine moon time of that place? Actually hypothetical question never gets an aesthetic answer, you know it. With the help of web astrology again started exploring so, when man will be born on moon, plant will grow, an operation theatre will be there, atmosphere will have oxygen, students will go to school….etc, and astrology also will be in place to do a suitable birth chart. This is my hope.
For your second paragraph about nine planets and predictive correctness:
Astrological prediction seldom proves to be correct by very nature and manner it was predicted but yes, the incident happens in some way. No astrologer ever boasts of prediction, and then he/she will be god. An astrologer can come to a conclusion about a total but complex picture. If you have Venus with Saturn in certain sets of combination your romance life will have adverse effect. The smart astrologer will see other parameters and by applying logical sense of mind will be able to tell when and how that matter will be shaped. Now you see, that “Venus+Saturn combination (other parameters are not mixed here to make an instance) acts against romance”, this is a logical established theory (through out world) passed on as a research product by our ancestor astrologers who perhaps, struggled through out some hundreds of years to arrive at a single theory….it did not happen by swindle so as all astrologers of world accepts. If a horoscope tells that there is problem in education, no astrologer of other part of the world will disagree and the child will certainly have some problem. Now penetrating into the intensity of the problem such as, when the child will stop learning and all, will have different comments from various astrologers, it happens with doctors and lawyers.
After urenus, the effect of outer planets is considered as a general overall view over earth. Because, they travel for years in a single constellation. Cosidering human average age, those effects are not ruled out fully, they are considered for world predictions but overlooked for a general native. A determined effort by astrologer (will you pay for that?) can however bring some light in the native’s quiry.
After all, I loved to write this because I will put it in my blog and thus, I took pain. Such type of clarification needs almost near about teaching of the subject to the seeker. If a person raises same type hypothetical question about your trade or, the job you do, or, to a doctor, will you or, the doctor take pain to explain them about the whole subject? That is impossible. So, further doubts also will be there. Moreover, your clarification was not connected to my article.
Any how, this way I got some thing to talk about astrology. I love it, believe it, I also admit that I do not know all the stuff, but I enjoy discussing it, practicing it. I am earning a respectable amount also. I have some NRI clients with all your good wishes and all of them came to me or, come to me after loosing hope from so called celebrity astrologers like Bejan Daruwala. One such client of mine is from Mumbai, settled in London.
I shall still answer any kind of unwanted question from my ex-service men friends. I do not allow it from others but you are linked with my past and, it is very rare to find an ex-service man as a practicing astrologer….so I will do it always for you. I love you all. But do not expect personal service fromme since it is my profession; I will loose time and money both if I start doing that for all of ex-service men.
